Delivery Policy

Upon placing an order in our website, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

SAME-DAY PICKUP & DELIVERY

We offer same-day pickup and delivery services across Toronto and the GTA for orders placed by 11:00 AM. If you wish to place a same-day order after this time, please give us a call or contact us via Instagram. We will do our best to accommodate your request for same-day pickup or delivery.

LOCAL DELIVERY POLICY

Lecécé Fleur and Garden offers deliveries daily between 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with a cut-off for same-day orders at 11:00 AM.

We only accept specific time requests on a case to case basis and have a surcharge of $20 once accepted. 

Delivery schedule is subject to change without notice.
Local delivery is available across Toronto and the GTA area
Due to congested and unpredictable nature of traffic and availability of driver, we do not commit to exact delivery times.
Orders placed after the cut off are to be delivered the day after or any other day as selected by the customer on the cart page.

DELIVERIY TIME SLOTS
we do not guarantee exact delivery times due to driver availability and unpredictable traffic. Deliveries will be made between 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

 

FAILED, RETURNED OR NON-DELIVERIES
Lecécé fleur and garden shall not be held responsible for failed or returned deliveries due to the following:

  1. If the recipient is not at the specified delivery address
  2. If no one responds to the doorbell, buzzer or phone call after a sufficient amount of time
  3. If the recipient refuses to accept the delivery
  4. In the event that one of the above mentioned instances occurred, Lecécé fleur and garden reserves the right to charge for re-delivery (this varies on location).

Orders that have been returned to the Store due to unsuccessful deliveries are not eligible for a refund.

 

RE-DELIVERIES FOR FRESH/MIXED

Re-delivery fees will apply. You can request a re-delivery for the same day (if within our delivery window) or the next day. Please note that we are not liable for the quality of the blooms in such cases. If the re-delivery attempt fails again, a third delivery attempt will incur the full price of the arrangement along with an additional re-delivery fee.
